We strive to have products in-stock and ready to ship when you order, however since many of our items are hand-made, artisan products, they may take longer to arrive. Product copy will state if there is a longer delivery time for the item. During check out we provide you with the inventory status of every product. If an item is unavailable we will do our best to provide you with the date that we expect to have that product available again.

Most orders ship within 24 hours and usually arrive in 3-7 business days via standard service. If a faster delivery method is selected, orders will deliver according to that level of service.

Express shipping
Express Delivery (add $10) and Next Day (add $22.95) shipping are available on most items. Items shipped via Express Delivery or Next Day delivery that have been ordered by 2pm Central (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Friday and on Saturday-Sunday will ship on Monday. Charges are per address. Express shipping is not available to P.O. boxes. Express shipping is not available to AK, HI, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
Orders shipping to AK, HI, or Puerto Rico have a $17.50 surcharge added to cover additional costs. Express shipping is not available to AK, HI, or Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in AK, HI, or Puerto Rico.

At present Bonfetti does not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. and Puerto Rico. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Sales tax
State and local sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to Alabama (4%), Arkansas (6.625%), Georgia (4%), Illinois (1%), Mississippi (7%), Missouri (2.725%), North Carolina (2%), Tennessee (7.75%), and Utah (6.35%).

Returning Merchandise
Our guarantee is simple
We are certain that you will be delighted with your purchase from Bonfetti. If however, you are ever less than delighted, we want to make it right. If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it and we will exchange it or refund your original purchase price. Customized items cannot be returned unless there is a shipment error or manufacturing defect.

Canceling an order
Bonfetti cannot cancel an order for any item after the item has been picked for shipping (you can, of course, return the item for a refund once you receive it).

How to return merchandise
Please refer to the return instructions on your packing slip and make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Items should be returned to:

Refunds
Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate.
