Order Tracking
It’s easy to track the status of your order. Just visit our website or contact Customer Service at 1-800-408-8564. Please have your order number and billing zip code available. If you have a Bonfetti account, just login with your user name and password to review order status for your recent online orders.
Returns and Exchanges
We are certain that you will be delighted with your purchase from Bonfetti. If however, an item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it and we will exchange it or refund your original purchase price. Please refer to the return instructions on your packing slip and make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate. |
